This is important because it’s not that easy to cultivate self-love and maintain balance in times of crisis for anyone. Especially if, for example, for most of your life you’ve been struggling to find balance with loving yourself.
Self-love affirmations can only help you to bring more self-acceptance, self-awareness, and love into your life, so use them to your advantage!
